I'm Malaika Woods, MD

I’m a Board-Certified OB/GYN, Certified Practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine, and certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (Worldlink Medical) and Obesity Medicine (ABOM).

But more importantly: I’ve been in your shoes.

Thirteen years ago I started an independent practice with no business knowledge and 10 years ago I went all cash. Just like many of you, I spent a lot of sleepless nights, just trying to figure things out and questioning "Is this really going to work?"

After $100,000+ spent on courses and certifications, I know what it takes to accelerate a practice and I'm on a mission to help other physicians and practitioners do the same-- without the costly mistakes I made in the beginning.

The strategy I shared in this book, is what I used to flip from a full-time OBGYN insurance-based practice to a cash-based functional medicine and BHRT practice. I matched and then exceeded my OBGYN revenue without taking one night of call and working only 3 days/week!
